Get A Taste For Surveys
You've probably seen taste tests on TV -- a group of people drink or eat a bunch of products with no labels and then have to choose which one they like. At the end of the customer survey, there is a short questionnaire using the Likert format. Then the labels are revealed to show what product the person enjoyed the most.
People who are loyal to other brands are perfect for taking these customer satisfaction taste test surveys. Since not only are you conducting a survey you are also creating new customers.

Cash or Prize
Usually, legitimate companies will try an engage people to take surveys with one of two tactics: a paid survey or a sweepstakes survey. Whichever option you choose, you will need to disclose a little bit of information about yourself to get paid or receive the prize. If you decide to do the sweepstakes route read all the details. A lot of times the company might create more than one sweepstakes and offer daily, or monthly, drawings.

How to Report Spam
If you do receive unwanted mail in your inbox you can report it to your internet service provider as spam very easily. In your inbox, select the message and click on the button that says Spam or Report Spam. This will alert your provider not to deliver mail from this address in the future because it is from a spammer. In the same way you can report messages in the Junk folder as not being spam by selecting the message and clicking the Not Spam button. According to your specifications, it will either move it to your inbox or leave it alone. If your e-mail provider does not have these easy buttons, it might helpful to e-mail them to find out their policy on reporting spam.

Search Engine Survey Search
Market research companies will offer all kinds of incentives for people to take their surveys including cash surveys, coupons and prizes. Let the Internet be your guide to profitable surveys -- specifically search engines. Google and Yahoo offer up various Web sites that are looking for candidates to take surveys for cash or prizes.
So how do you find them? Search smart. Use words like "surveys," "cash," "prizes," and "no fee." Try to be explicit as you can so you can net positive results.

Consequences of Indiscretion by Panelists
The penalties of indiscretion by panelists are clear-cut. If a survey company finds out that you have been on message boards telling others about the surveys you have taken and inside details about the company or the surveys, your account will automatically be terminated and you will no longer be allowed to take surveys for that company. Although the penalties would be the same whether you were talking about the company online or offline, the former is easier to find and prove.

Give It The Old College Try
Many college faculty departments will sponsor college student surveys dealing with either campus or current event issues. This population is also extremely attractive to market research companies like I-Say because they can greatly benefit from knowing more about one of the biggest spending age groups.
In some cases they might co-sponsor the survey by offering cash incentives to students. The best place to find these online surveys that pay you cash is the colleges internal Internet network. This is the virtual version of the bulletin board you'd find in the campus center.

Anti-Spam Laws at Work to Protect You
The Congressional anti spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act, is working hard to protect you from unwanted mass e-mails. Since January 1, 2004, the anti-spam law has required a national "Do Not Spam" list that forces marketers to include an opt-out link in the e-mail so that you will not receive any further communication if you choose. It also makes illegal the sending of fraudulent e-mails and unmarked pornographic mail. Those caught breaking the rules can face stiff penalties. This law coupled with greater technology and anti-spam advancements from internet service providers is cleaning out inboxes and clearing the way for wanted mail only.

E-mail Confirmation/Activation
One way that legitimate survey companies such as Ipsos ensure your safety is to send a confirmation e-mail after you sign up with them. This means that you will receive an e-mail stating that if you are the one who signed up with the company, you must follow a link to activate the account. If you did not sign up and someone had used your e-mail account without your knowledge, you can void the account by deleting the e-mail and never clicking the link. This ensures that the person who signed up for the account is the person using the e-mail address specified.

Customer Satisfaction Template Search
Customer Satisfaction Survey is one survey that asks a lot of general questions:
Do you like the product?
Would you buy it again?
Do you like it better than brand "X"?
Because customer satisfaction survey questions are similiar, it's easy to find samples of those surveys on the Internet. When doing a search, be a bit more specific than just typing in “customer satisfaction survey.” Customer satisfaction survey templates can encompass many areas like food, services, games, etc. Once you find the topic that matches yours you should be able to get lots of relevant sample questions.

A Survey Of Sound Or Sight
