At one time or another, I'm sure you've thought about telling your boss what you really think of his/her management style. Usually we all bite our tongues for fear of the outcome. However, when it comes to employee surveys you can be honest, and take comfort knowing that most surveys administered in this setting are confidential. This is done so that the company can be sure it's getting honest criticism.
